We were left with a chandelier that no one wanted to install because it came without instructions. WWFI did not waste a single minute, immediately started working and didn’t stop until they were done. I was very impressed at how fast and efficient they were. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The work was carried out thoroughly and I was informed about the noisy motors in the kitchen and kids bedroom (which will need to be replaced.) I asked for less Dettol to be used during the cleaning process to avoid the strong chemical smell in the house which was adhered to without any problems.

Low quality work is not worth it in my opinion. In the long term you might actually spend more on multiple call-outs and repeated repairs. So yes I would say that the service overall was cost-effective.

In general I always prefer to pay a higher price once and know that the work will be carried out at the highest standard, rather than “save” my money and choose a cheaper company.

With so many companies offering the ‘same’ thing it’s often difficult to justify one that charges more for what is perceived to be the same service. Only after taking the plunge and picking one can you know if you’ve made the right choice or not! On that you have certainly delivered.

On the first appearance WWFI does cost more, however if you add in the convenience of always on time, product warranty and the fact that they stand behind their service, it really does come out less expensive in the long run.
