24/7 Emergency Service & Customer Care

Our annual maintenance contract includes around-the-clock emergency service for any AC, plumbing and electrical issues that may come up throughout the year, as well as access to our customer service call centre at any hour of the day 365 days a year.

Air Conditioner Maintenance Service

Our comprehensive 14-step AC inspections and maintenance service, which includes full assessment, disinfection, troubleshooting and resolution, is performed quarterly. With our AC maintenance service, we also repair any issues that come up throughout the year.

Electrical Inspections & Repairs

Our annual service is performed by certified technicians and includes checking for loose wiring, overloaded circuits, and potential fire risks, as well as remaining on standby for any ad-hoc repairs and emergency issues that come up throughout the year, also covered in your contract.

Plumbing Inspections & Repairs

Our thorough plumbing annual inspection is done by experienced professionals and includes checking for hidden leaks, clogged drains, faulty fixtures, and water pressure issues. Any other plumbing issues that may come up throughout the year are included in your emergency cover.

An AC service by We Will Fix It follows a thorough 14-point process that includes full assessment, disinfection, troubleshooting and resolution. Under your annual contract, all AC issues are covered with no quibbles.

Replacement of parts is not included under your annual contract and will be charged separately. We Will Fix It provides a 12-month warranty on all parts we provide, sourced strictly from reputable manufacturers. Duct and coil cleaning/maintenance is also not covered by your annual contract but is offered at a 20% discount.

Duct and coil cleaning is required less frequently than AC servicing, with coil cleaning usually taking place at 18-month to 2-year intervals. Because these services may or may not be required during the term of your contract, We Will Fix It chooses to minimise your package cost by not bundling them in.
Yes, the team will provide full troubleshooting and resolution for any plumbing and/or electrical faults that should arise throughout the year. You will only be liable for part replacements if these should be necessary, and all parts provided by We Will Fix It are covered under warranty. We also stipulate that any faults that are external to your property’s own plumbing & electrical systems, such as underground leaks or issues relating to partner properties will not be covered by the contract.

As a non-emergency service, water tank cleaning is charged separately at a 25% discounted rate. Handyman tasks such as hanging shelves, assembling furniture and decorating will also be separately chargeable – minus the call-out fee, saving you AED 100 on every DIY job we carry out.

While annual cover is certainly a no-brainer for anyone independently managing the upkeep of a home, We Will Fix It have witnessed a steep rise in the number of tenants taking out annual contracts over the last 3 years. Our customers highly value peace of mind irrespective of whether they rent or buy, and with contracts explicitly halving a household’s annual maintenance outgoings in most cases, they also happen to make clear financial sense for all.

With benefits that impact both owner and occupier, We Will Fix It’s customer base includes many landlords who choose to cover the cost of a maintenance contract either in part or in full. A contract minimises the need for tenant and landlord communication & cash transfers which, coupled with the cost-savings, ensures a clearly-defined and stress-free year ahead. Alternatively, if a shared contract is something you would like to explore, We Will Fix It can facilitate dual communications and split payments on request.

We Will Fix It’s prices have been made fully transparent to highlight the significant savings that are available to you as part of our contract. With all AC and household emergencies covered, there is no loophole available to us for up-selling or charging you more. Non-emergency services are available to you additionally at your own discretion, and you will qualify for a discount on these throughout the duration of your contract, as indicated in the table shown.

An annual contract is essentially a loyalty scheme, which means every time one of our customers signs up, we know that for the year ahead, all agreed work is lined up for the business thereby reducing the need for us to expend further resources competing in the market. A widening and guaranteed customer base lets us plan our time and incomings far more effectively, enabling our teams to spread their workload consistently by due date, size and location, and offering greater economies of scale for spending on materials like refrigerant gas and tool replacements. This more efficient P&L lets us calculate a better rate for contract customers, who are benefitting from the same industry-leading service they would get with We Will Fix It, but following a larger-scale, pre-planned and generally more cost-effective format. It’s what we consider to be a genuine ‘win-win’.

Essential Maintenance has a dedicated call centre manned by our own staff 24 hours a day. In an emergency, our technicians will arrive within 90 minutes at any time of the day or night.
If you decide to move, you will not be penalised. The total pro-rata amount remaining on your old contract will be discounted against a 12-month new contract. If you wish to terminate your contract, it will be refundable on a pro-rata basis. You will receive an equivalent refund on your investment with the exception of a 25% retainer fee to cover our initial outlay on customer care, labour and materials. You will receive 75% of the remaining contract value in a pro-rata refund.
